The Columbian League of Voters, an American-Italian Republican Club, consisting of members from New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and several other states, who are not meeting in Washington, mapping out plans for the next Republican campaign, were received by President Hoover at the White House, May 4. Left to right, starting with the second man to the left of the President are Congressman W.D. Mallard of New York; William Doak, Secretary of Labor; Edward Corsi, Commission of Immigration of the Port of New York; President Hoover and Congressman Peter A. Cavigghia of New Jersey.
