Crowds of supporters of the successful candidate gathered outside the "Petit Journal's" Paris offices to cheer M. Charles Vallin (French Social Party) after his victory in the 9th Arrondissement in the final ballot of the two French Parliamentary elections. He defeated the Independent Radical candidate. M. Vallin is director of the propaganda bureau of the French Social Party, which is led by Colonel la Rocque, who was chief of the now disbanded Croix de Fau. Shown is an excited woman shouting wildly during the demonstration.
