In Hyde Park, New York, five-year-old Donald Anderson, "Poster Boy" of the National Infantile Paralysis Foundation's Campaign, stands by the grave of Franklin Delano Roosevelt after placing a wreath. "He was like me," Don said. "He had infantile paralysis."
