The Philadelphia Lodge of the Order of Elks honored their National Exalted Ruler, who paid a visit to the lodge to help commemorate the birthday of George Washington. Placing a wreath on the statue of George Washington in Philadelphia, left to right, are Feury Ellis, member of the Board of Governors; Walter T.
