Description
The Philadelphia Lodge of the Order of Elks honored their National Exalted Ruler, who paid a visit to the lodge to help commemorate the birthday of George Washington. Placing a wreath on the statue of George Washington in Philadelphia, left to right, are Feury Ellis, member of the Board of Governors; Walter T. Andrews, of Atlanta, Georgia, Grand Exalted Ruler of the Elks, placing the wreath; Louis Goldstein, Exalted Ruler, of the Philadelphia Lodge; and Charles Grakelow, past Grand Exalted Ruler.
