1925 Press Photo Ex-teacher, Alex Bittner wants to marry 6 year old Mary Behler

The ex-school teacher, 41, is being held for a metal test, is apparently sane, well educated and refined. The child refused and Bittner offered to buy the child outright from her parents. They refused. Bittner still wants to marry the child.
