Photo shows row of bottles, containers for rubbing alcohol, were some of the evidence that agents of the U.S. Treasury Department's Alcohol Tax Unit gathered. The evidence brought about the indictment of 13 persons and drug stores for illegal selling of rubbing alcohol.
