Mrs. Leah Clampitt Sewell, who figured recently in the Emerson- Sewell âœwife swapping❠divorce suit. Mrs. Keaton also asked $200,000 damages from the wealthy heiress, who at the moment the divorce suit was filed was herself in court in connection with her suit for separate maintenance from her husband, Barton Sewell, in which Mrs. Sewell named Mrs, Jane N. Emerson as co-respondent. The Sewell's figured in the contested divorce suit of Walter W. Emerson and his wife in which charges of âœwife swapping❠were made and denied.
