James N. Rosenberg (left) presents the deed to a 46-acre tract adjoining the Taconic Parkway near Pinesbridge Road in New Castle, Westchester County, to Francis R. Masters, Chairman of the Taconic State Park Commission. Looking on is Mrs. Felix M. Warburg, widow of the noted philanthropist in whose memory the donation was made to the state. Warburg would have been 77 years old Jan. 14. It is hoped the land will become a children's playground. Photo measures 9 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 01-14-1948.
