Mrs. Liscelotte Hinsch, wife of Kurt Hinsch who was second officer on the scuttled German Liner Columbus, pictured in Federal Court here, Jan 9th where she made a plea in vain for her husband's release from technical custody from Ellis Island. Mrs. Hinsch is allowed to visit her husband, but she says she wants her man home with her at Weehawken, N.J. The couple were married in Mexico last September before the Columbus made its last voyage. Photo measures 6 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 1-9-1940.
