Ms Cecelia Richie photographer at felony Court in New York on Feb 7th as she attended the arraignment of Patrick Doherty 34 Husky Ex-Bartender from Pittsburgh, Doherty attempted to hold up a Candy Store in with Ms. Ritchie and another girl is Clara Kranchfield were working. Doherty hereded the girls into back room where they noticed his pistol looked funny. They jumped him disarmed him and yelled lustily. Police arrived to rescue the man and arrest him. Photo measures 6 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 02-07-1940.
