JAMES MORGAN,LEFT, 76, OF JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA AND NORRIS CHADBOURNE FIRST OFFICER PORTLAND, ME ARE TWO OF THE SURVIVORS OF THE "SAGADAHOC" 6,275 TON AMERICAN FREIGHTED TORPEDOED IN THE ATLANTIC DEC 3. MORGAN WAS ENROUTE HOME AFTER VISITING HIS SON JAMES MORGAN JR IN CLEVELAND. THE TWO MEN ARRIVED IN NEW YORK RECENTLY ABOARD THE SHIP THAT RESCUED THEM. Photo measures 8 x 6.25 inches. Photo is dated 12-29-1941.
