New York, N.Y.--This packet, handed over by Capt. J.D. Townley (right), of the U.S. Aquitania, to Christopher Kemball, of the British Consulate, April 26, contains a specially woven woolen fabric from which Mrs. Roosevelt is to have a dress made for her use during the forthcoming visit to the United States of King and Queen Elizabeth of England. The fabric is a gift from the wool growers of the British Dominicans including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Canada. The wool growers of the United States are making a similar gift to Queen Elizabeth, the material having already been sent to the Queen.
