James A. Farley, Postmaster General, was in complete control of the Democratic State Committee when it re-elected him as State Chairman,at a meeting of the committee in Albany,April 16. Sixteen delegates at large and sixteen alternatives were named to attend the Democratic National Convention at Philadelphia in June. At the right, speaking, is Daniel H. Skilling, secretary of the Democratic State Committee.
