Description

After 5 P.M. last night (Wednesday) many of the New Yorkers rushed home to the fireside of the old homestead to enjoy their Thanksgiving Day dinner. While on the other hand the New York New Haven Railroad was taking filled trains of people out of the hills into New York City for the holiday dinner. School boys and girls were on every train that passed in and out of every little town on New England. Photo measures 9 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 10-30-1936.
