1937 Press Photo New York NY bound bus halted by drivers strike at NYC

When a non striking driver attempted to operate a NY bound bus out of Cleveland Ohio after drivers had called a strike, one of the strikers rolled underneath the vehicle and remained there until all passengers were taken off the bus and the trip cancelled.
