A General view showing spectators in the Supreme Court Chamber June 22nd at a hearing of the inquiry conducted by the joint Legislative into the activities of the German-American Bund, Chairman John J.McNoboe by asking James Wheeler Hill, Sec. of the Bund whether the Bund's record had been take by the Federal Bureau of Investigation currently investigating spy activities in this country linked the espionage investigation with activities of the Bund. Wheeler-Hill said he did not know whether the FBI was in possession of the records in question Photo measures 9 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 06-22-1938.
