When the McNaboe Legislative Committee turned from investigation of Nazi Affairs to the consideration of Communism in this Country one of the first persons ordered before the Committee was Earl Browder General Secretary of the Communist Party of America. He is shown on the stands as he testified. Committeemen State Senators Whitney, McNaboe and Garrity listen McNaboe. the Committee Chairman is seated in the Highest chair behind the rail Photo measures 8.5 x 6.75 inches.
