Fishing signs up along the North River from 83rd Street to 86th Street after Assemblyman Willia, Middleton of the 7th AF recieved permission from the park commissioner to give weest siders a chance to enjoy fishing from the edge of the west drive. A line of fishermen lined u along the fence waiting for bites. Eels are running Photo measures 9 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 06-21-1938.
