1938 Press Photo New York Winner for Safety Posters Contest awarded NYC

Fifteen Contestant whose posters were adjudge best of thousands submitted in a contest sponsored by Devoe and Raynolds Co. were awarded prize Keith Shaw is receiving prize check for $1000 from Delancey Kuntze Chairman of the Board of the Firm. K.W Paul was Fourth prize Winner and Douglas Grant also was among those who received awards. All winners are from New York City Photo measures 9 x 7 inches. Photo is dated 05-19-1938.
