Little Robert Cox of Brooklyn looks puzzled about the 24 3/4 cent price put on this cowboy hat in the cigar store near Madison Square Garden where the Rodeo is now appearing. Elmer Corninus Manager of the store explains that the unique price is place only to save the customer that extra 1 cent tax since all items 25 cent and above have that tax placed on them Photo measures 6 x 8 inches.
