Arthur J. Pertsch of the Board of Manager of the New York Cotton Exchange and George Droden display a sign proving that servicemen on overseas duty were permitted to vote in a State Election during World War I. Evidence was produced by James A Bott at the last meeting of the New York Association at the Hotel New Yorker. Bott served on the U.S.S. Black Hawk during the last war, as dis Droden. Pertsch who is chairman of the N.S.M.F.A's New York Chapter served on the U.S.S Canonicus Photo measures 6.25 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 10-06-1942.
