George M Spector insurance agent as he left Federal Court Mar 3 after pleading not guilty to a recent Federal Grand Jury indictment which charged Spector and resigned Federal Judge Martin T Manton with conspiracy to commit offenses and defraud the US Government. Spector was held in $17500 bail by Federal Judge John C Knox Manton is in a local hospital scheduled for an operation. Photo measures 6 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 03-03-1939.
