Private James Edward Stone was drafted on December 7 1942 but that didnt keep him from getting his degree at St JOhns University Law School. Managing to complete his courses while in the Army Private Stone returned to attend graduation exercises and receive his diploma from the very Rev Dr William J Mahoney today February 4. Photo measures 8 x 6.25 inches. Photo is dated 02-04-1943.
