DJ Shanahan representing the OPA and OL Gregory Petroleum Administrator of War Representative are two members of the new Emergency Fuel Oil Committee for New York City. A New York City representative the third man on the committee to discover where oil can be obtained has not yet been appointed by Mayor LaGuardia. Either individuals or dealers may call the office of the Emergency Fiel Committee and present their problems. After they fill out applications which receive careful study the committee offers advice and if the need is legitimate endeavors to obtain the necessary fuel. Photo measures 8 x 6.25 inches.
