This seaplane, made from 30,000 matchsticks with a 4 foot wing spread, is on display at 8th annual American Hobby Show, under auspices of the American Hobby Federation, which opened today (Feb. 12) in Hearns Auditorium, 5th Ave. At 14th St. Built by Joe Ruisi, Brooklyn war plant worker, it took two years to complete. Photo measures 9 x 7.5 inches. Photo is dated 02-13-1945.
