Indicted for evasion of income tax, Wallace Platt, head Bookkeeper for the Longchamps restaurant chain (left) and Martin Platt, his brother, office manager, (right) seen with their lawyer, David Jacobs (center) at the Treasury Department after they were arraigned with Henry Lustig, owner of Longchamps, today (Dec. 7). Also arraigned--was E. Allen Lustig, nephew of the owner. After the arraignment they were taken to the Treasury Department for fingerprinting and photographing. Photo measures 9 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 12-07-1945.
