Archbishop Francis J. Spellman carries Palm Frond to rectory after presiding at the Palm Sunday High Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral. True to the yearly tradition, the Cathedral was jammed with worshipers despite the cloudy skies and rainy weather. However the usual pre Easter Finery was replaced by sturdy warm clothes.
