San Angelo Texas Four 1st Sgts, those non coms who are called the meanest men in the army, make it hot for the enlisted men in base squadron here at bombardier school. Poor GIs who would like to get along without any, have to bear the brunt from four here during a temporary arrangement caused by air forces shifting program to get the most out of army man power.
