1954 Press Photo Col. Frank Schwable being investigated for confessing to Korea

Washington: The Marine Corps sai 1/23 a court has been ordered to investigate whether Col. Frank Schwable (above) should be punished for confessing to phony germ warfare charges while a Red POW in Korea. Schwable said he confessed under torture.
