Regular army T/5 John Manatti, 28, looks on as his wife, Margaret, 18, a former WAC, changes diapers on their daughter, Jessica, 2-weeks-old, at their home, 1042 East 26th St. Mrs. Manett took and passed three state regents examinations last week in the station hospital at Ft. Totten and Feb. 4th graduated from Bay Ridge Evening High School. She's looking forward to entering college next fall.
