1934 Press Photo Awarding of Swords During Annual Government Inspection Training

Description
The annual government inspection of the Reserve Officers training corps at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, were conducted May 7, and were followed by the representation of a number of awards and cadet commissions. Photo shows the awarding of the swords. Left to Right: Capt. William Guilfoyle Sabre, in memory of Capt. Guilfoyle who died while serving overseas with the University of Pennsylvania medical corps unit in the world war. Capt.
