1945 Press Photo Colonel James Roosevelt came late for father's burial services

Colonel James Roosevelt, eldest son of of late FDR aboard train which returned members of family from Hyde Park to Washington. He boarded train in NY upon arrival from SF, too late to attend his father's burial services. Behind him are Mrs. James Roosevelt and Brig. Gen. Elliott Roosevelt.
