Grow (above), who was military attache in Moscow from July, 1950, until last Jan. 20 which he kept in a diary have been photographed by the Communists it was disclosed 3/6. Extracts from the diary have been published in Europe in an effort to show that the U.S. is preparing to unleash a third World War.
