1942 Press Photo Fort Mead Soldiers attend the Easter Sunrise Services

Hundreds of Fort Meade Soldiers, families and friends attended Easter Sunrise Services here on a sloping hillside. Bishop Adna Leonard came from the Capital to deliver the sermon. He is chairman of the General Committee on Army and Navy Chaplains. Photo shows the soldiers as they attended the services.
