Thomas Washington has been appointed by Secretary of Navy Daniels as Chief of Bureau of Navigation U.S Navy to succeed Read Admiral Victor Blue who retired because of ill health like his predecessor, Admiral Washington is a native of North Carolina in every of naval affairs and was with British Fleet during the war.
