Staff Sergeant Milliard Uthman, Wheeling Recruiter was completely surprised to find himself the heir to an estate valued at $80,000. The sergeant reaffirmed his intention to be a twenty year Army man by stating that he will immediately reenlist when his present term of enlistment has lapsed. He is shown holding $14,000 in US Savings Bonds while his station commander Lt. Howard Volbrecht looks on.
