How Crew Crippled Seized Ships Tacony, Pa.--Lt. Daniel Lucinski of the U.S. Coast Guard, inspects damage done to the motors of the S.S. Belvedere by her crew before the ship, along with 68 other German, Italian and Danish vessels was taken under "protective custody" by the United States.
