1956 Press Photo Convoy of North Bound Vessels going to Suez - nem52164

Part of the southbound convoy is seen from aboard northbound vessel going to Suez, as traffic continues to flow through the Suez Canal despite the departure of veteran pilots. Egyptian authorities said 9/16 they were operating the Canal without delays put with reduced size convoys. A group of 15 volunteer Russian pilots have arrived to begin raining.
