Citizen sailors E.C. Moran and H.Francis McAdoo at salute on the deck of the U.S.S. Maine Nine hundred civilians sailed away on the annual cruise of the Atlantic Reserve Fleet. The battleship carrying the civilian sailors for a cruise along the Atlantic Coast. At Fort Pond Bay the battleships will join six other war vessels of the reserve fleet and the civilians from all parts of the country will try their hand at living the naval life.
