Pictured above is Adolph Bremer, wealthy St. Paul, Minnesota, brewer, who is the father of Edward G. Bremer, kidnapped St. Paul Banker. Bremer, President of the Commercial State Bank of St. Paul, Minnesota, was seized after he had taken his daughter to school, Jan. 17, and is being held for $200,000 ransom. Death was threatened by his kidnappers if negotiators for release called in police or communicated with newspapers.
