Anna Ware of Newton Pa who has filed a habaes corpus suit in St Louis Mo naming Mrs Nellie Tipton Muench 43 year old society woman and alleged kidnapper as falsely claiming a baby that was born to Miss Ware Mrs Muench had announced the birth of a child last Aug 18 and she has recieved several delays in her trial on charges of complicity in the kidnapping of Dr Isaac D kelley
