Doris Mae Stevens, 20 year old Baltimore stenographer, said goodbye to Raf Cadet Raymond K. Dean of Liverpool England after flying 1,800 miles for a blind date with him. Dean, taking primary flight training at Riddle Aeronautical Institute here, had been corresponding with Doris Mae for four years, but they had never seen each other until this past weekend. She left by plane to return to her desk in Baltimore.
