1958 Press Photo Hancox Family Forced to Flee Home Due in Part to Heavy Rains

Fort Smith, Ark: Charles Hancox and his family have been forced from their home after some 30 yds. of earth have fallen away, forming a 20ft. cliff. The front porch has broken away from the house, and is only 6 ins. from the edge of the cliff. Recent heavy rains have been blamed for part of the damage, which started during February.
