1961 Press Photo Frightening Face of Semyon K Tsarapkin Russia's U.N. Delegate

Tsarapkin enlarged the UPI telephone and converted it into a Halloween scare mask and tried it out on his 2 1/2 week old daughter, Melinda Janelle. It didn't scare her either.
