The last group of teenagers to be inducted into the Army before the drafting of 18 and 19-year-olds was banned by act of Congress, comes off the bus that brought the boys to Fort Dix. Youngest lad in the group, Herman Baumbach of Syracuse, New York, leads his buddies.
