1932 Press Photo Ralph Root and Mrs Hane Root Mr Root Being Hunted by Police

Ralph Root an escaped convict and alleged bigamist. Testimony into the deaths of Mrs Hazel Root, his 7th wife, and daughter by a previous marriage, Feb. 16. They died in an automobile that root drove from a viaduct, claiming wet pavement as the cause Mrs. Jane Root who says that is the 6th wife and that she escaped death in a similar accident in 1929.
