Witnesses before Senate Banking Committee on the housing scandal, Andrew Frost (left), ousted Assistant Director of Federal Housing Administration office in Albuquerque, New Mexico, refused to say whether he had ever attended a party at which girls were furnished at expense of contractors doing business with the Government Burton Bovard (right), suspended Federal Housing Administration general counsel, said he had heard "oral" charges of large gambling losses by Clyde Powell, fired Assistant Federal Housing Administration Commissioner.
