Mr. Ruddick, 16, of Seymour, Indiana, the Boys' Clubs of America's "Boy of the Year" presented Eisenhower his interim annual report of the club at the White House. Ruddick, chosen from among candidates proposed by the 500 Club Organization was selected on the basis of his outstanding work at home, school, church and community Boys' Club.
