1951 Press Photo Malcolm Roads Served Four Warrants by Campbell County Sheriff

Malcolm Rhoads (right), of Newport, Kentucky, City Manager, is served four warrants by Campbell County Deputy Sheriff Oscar Howe (left). Warrants were signed by Newport Police Sergent Jack Thiem who said Rhoads prevents him from raiding a handbook location. Three of the warrants were for charges that Rhoads failed to account for some campaign contributions. Photo measures 8.5 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 07-10-1951.
