Woodrow Wilson Price, 23, of Independence, Missouri, (center), is shown as he was arraigned and sent to jail in default of $25,000 bond on three charges growing out of his alleged attempt to extort $600 from Howard B. Jacobs, Independence coal dealer, and the subsequent shooting of Henry A. Snow, G-man who attempted to trap the extortionist.
